These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue available legal remedies.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and omnilleecta regarding the subject matter herein.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations at our discretion.
